Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Staff cares attentively but informally so that you can relax and enjoy the food very well. The dishes are very nicely coordinated and with the focus on seasonality and regionality absolutely meet the spirit of the times. All in all it was a beautiful and extensive evening that was more than worth the money. Gladly again. :)

We had a great evening. All dishes were of a high standard, extremely tasty, just pure enjoyment. The ambience is pleasantly natural. Restaurant manager and sommelier Oliver Habig welcomes you nicely and informally and also accompanies you through the evening with the right wine recommendations with the right wine recommendations. A 10-course menu is offered, there is no menu. If you want the vegetarian option when you reserve a table (absolutely necessary), you will also enjoy your experience. The menu price includes water / soda as a drink. Wine prices are at the usual level for fine dining. All of the wines we drank were excellent and matched to the individual dishes. We had a great and relaxed enjoyment experience and will definitely come back. Thanks to the three men from the GW team!

We expected a lot because we have visited the restaurant Adagio many times already. But the pleasure workshop exceeded our expectations. An ingenious concept, implemented by the kitchen team Mr. Grünewald and Mr. Schmidt, plus the excellently selected accompanying wines. A wonderful evening in a very beautiful atmosphere. We'll be back!

Pure enjoyment in Mainz. An excellent concept with regional and seasonal cuisine. This is translated into tasty creations that will not leave the classic kitchen. No Chichi but in a nutshell and with the chef's own signature. The wine consultation is also at a high level and always matched to the food. Coming back is a must.
